The Chief Whip of the Abia State House of Assembly and Member representing Umuahia South State Constituency, Hon. Emeka Obioma, has joined well-wishers across Nigeria to celebrate Hon. Amobi Godwin Ogah (FCE), Member representing Isiukwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a warm and glowing birthday message released on Monday, Hon. Obioma praised Hon. Ogah’s dedication to public service and his visible contributions to both Abia State and Nigeria at large.
He described the federal lawmaker as a “bridge-builder, people-focused leader, and a patriot with a heart for development.”
“I heartily felicitate with my brother and colleague, Hon. Amobi Ogah, on the celebration of his birthday today. This is a moment to acknowledge and honour a man whose life has been dedicated to the service of humanity, especially the good people of Isiukwuato/Umunneochi,” Hon. Obioma said.
Reflecting on Hon. Ogah’s legislative strides, Hon. Obioma commended his active voice in the National Assembly, his consistent advocacy for infrastructure and security in his constituency, and his partnership-driven approach to governance.
“Hon. Ogah is one of the shining lights from Abia in the House of Representatives. He has shown courage in championing the cause of his people. His track record is commendable,” he noted.
The Abia Assembly Chief Whip further emphasized the importance of leaders like Ogah who place the welfare of the people above partisan politics, adding that such patriotism is the key to a better Nigeria.
