Former Abia Governorship Candidate, Hon. Onyekwere Akym Uche (OAU), has extended warm birthday wishes to Mrs. Ngọzi Sabina Ogah, wife of respected industrialist and former minister of state, mines and steel, Dr. Uche Sampson Ogah, as she celebrates her birthday today.
