On merit-based practices, the authority reiterated its dedication to fairness.
“The Authority maintains a strong culture of due process and will not deviate from frameworks that ensure fairness and meritocracy across all cadres,” it added.
Regarding staff qualifications during recruitment, FAAN reassured employees that there is no pressure to alter or suppress their credentials.

The authority also highlighted measures to protect staff dignity and address workplace misconduct.
“FAAN’s internal mechanisms for reporting, investigation, and redress are active, confidential, and strictly enforced to protect the dignity and well-being of every staff member,” the statement said.
Finally, FAAN confirmed that the Managing Director had authorised an internal review of certain employment-related concerns to strengthen clarity and ensure uniform policy application.
