The Chief Whip of the Abia State House of Assembly and Member representing Umuahia South State Constituency, Hon. Emeka Tommy Obioma, has extended warm December greetings to the people of Umuahia South, assuring them that the new month will bring progress, renewed focus, and strengthened service delivery across the constituency.
