The Member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia North and Umuahia South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Obi Aguocha, has extended warm and heartfelt new month greetings to his constituents, reaffirming his commitment to responsible, people-centered representation as December begins.
In a made available to newsmen, Hon. Aguocha expressed gratitude for the grace to witness a new month and praised the resilience, unity, and strength displayed by citizens throughout the year.
He noted that December represents not only the final chapter of the year but also a moment to reflect, refocus, and renew dedication to community development.
“I greet every son and daughter of Ikwuano, Umuahia North, and Umuahia South with deep appreciation. This new month reminds us of God’s mercy and our shared responsibility to keep building a stronger constituency. December is another opportunity to strengthen our bond and push forward our collective aspirations,” Aguocha stated.
The lawmaker emphasized that his representation in the National Assembly continues to be guided by transparency, fairness, and an unwavering commitment to the welfare of his people.
He highlighted several key priorities that will shape his focus for the remaining part of the year, including education, security, infrastructure, and social support.
According to him, “My service priorities remain clear and people-driven. We will continue our work on education support, youth empowerment, and infrastructure advocacy. December will be a month where we consolidate our achievements and intensify our push for more federal attention to our constituency.”
Hon. Aguocha noted that his office remains fully engaged in pursuing legislative motions, constituency needs assessments, and community consultations. He assured constituents that he will continue to use his voice at the National Assembly to champion issues that directly affect the welfare of the people and the progress of Abia State.
