History was made today as the Abia State Governor,Dr Okezie Ikpeazu broke the jinx to commission the first ever flyover in the state after 31 years of statehood.
The Flyover project which commenced some few years ago, precisely during the first of tenure of the Governor, was officially commissioned today by the Governor of Rivers State, Barr Nyesom Wike, for public use.
Note that the flyover apart from enhancing the aesthetic look of the state,it would also help to decongest the heavy traffic at the ever busy Osisioma junction, creating free flow of movement for commuters.
