Mrs. Priscilla Otti, the wife of the Labour Party governorship candidate in Abia state has assured Abia women that their reward for the efforts and mobilization they are carrying out in support of her husband's governorship ambition will be massive when he emerges the governor come March 2023.

Mrs. Otti gave the assurance when she met with Aba South women in Aba as part of her campaign tours and sensitisation of women ahead of the February and March general  elections.

She reminded them of the need to intensify efforts in mobilising more Abians, especially women so as to achieve a landslide victory for Dr. Alex Otti in the governorship election, insisting that the Labour Party governorship candidate is very prepared and passionate about developing Abia state.

Mrs. Priscilla Otti further revealed that Dr. Alex Otti has painstakingly chronicled his programmes in his very rich Manifesto which carefully captured key areas like Agriculture, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Salaries and Pensions and other critical areas of governance which would impact positively on Abia women, and urged the women to remain resilient and focused so as to help in the actualization of Otti's lofty visions for all.

In his speech, the Labour Party House of Representatives candidate for Aba North/South Federal Constituency, Hon. Emeka Nnamani commended the women for their support for Labour Party and urged them to sustain the tempo.

Lending their voices, the LP House of Asswmbly candidates for Aba South and Aba Central Constituencies, Emmanuel Emeruwa and Stephen Uche Onye respectively praised the women for their positive efforts and enjoined them to continue to work for the victory of Dr. Alex Otti and other LP candidates. 

Contributing, a former Chairman of Aba South Local Government, Chief G.C. Duru described as inspiring, Dr. Alex Otti's promise to return true autonomy to the Local Government as a way of ensuring that development reaches the grassroots, explaining that Otti's victory would elicit joy in his heart.

The Campaign Coordinator for the women, Mrs. Chinwe Kanu later sensitized the women on how to vote correctly during the election.
