Housing Deficit In Abia Is A Problem That Must Be Tackled By My Government - Otti.

The Labour Party governorship candidate in Abia state,Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, has promised to adopt strategies and measures that would ensure that the housing deficit facing Abians are effectively tackled by ensuring that the state experiences visible facelift in infrastructure and housing.

Otti made the pledge when he met and interfaced with the Trademore Landlords Welfare Association and the entire residents of Ubani Housing Estate, Ibeku, Umuahia.

He condemned the sorry state of infrastructure in Abia, housing deficit and  poor conditions of Abia State workers, assuring that his government would ensure that such developments become things of the past.

According to Otti “Without a proper plan to raise the level of infrastructure in this state, there is no need to talk of development. Our administration will prioritize both workers welfare and infrastructure in Abia.

“There is a housing deficit in Abia State. Abia workers deserve low cost housing and a clean environment. The narrative coming from Abia will change when we we take over the affairs of the state”, he concluded.

Dr. Otti was accompanied by the DG of the Alex otti Campaign Council, Hon. Iheanacho Obioma, Chief. Obi Aguocha, the LP candidate for Ikwuano/Umuahia Federsl Constituency; Hon. Austin Okezie;  the LP Candidate for Umuahia Central,  Directors in the state campaign council and other dignitaries.
