This was contained in his congratulatory message to Otti, the candidate of the Labour Party as he emerged winner in the Just concluded gubernatorial election in Abia State.
He praised the security agencies for their determination to ensure that the election went on as smoothly as possible, and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the successful conclusion of the exercise despite the initial challenges encountered.
In a statement he personally signed by him, he asked Dr Alex Otti to extend a hand of fellowship to all individuals and groups involved in the election, thus to heal pre-election wounds and make Abia the beacon of excellence in the South East.
