The appointment of Joy Maduka as the acting Head of Service Abia State has been describd as a welcome development by Abia's foremost Automobile Dealer Deacon Uche Njoku, popularly known as Ala Owerri Motors Nig.
Speaking to newsmen in Umuahia the capital of Abia State, Ala Owerri said
"we have implicit and infinite confidence in her ability to not only deliver but to deliver creditably as the number one civil servant in Abia, especially given her giant strides and impeccable track record in throughout decades of her selfless Services to the state. Uche Njoku (Ala Owerri) urged Joy Orji to use her sagacity and rid the state of any menance that impedes Abia civil service from moving forward.
Ala Owerri also applauded the intellectually endowed Governor Of Abia State, Dr Alex Chioma Otti OFR, for not only appointing a woman of valour like Joy Maduka to man Abia civil service, but for being gender sensitive in his appointment having also appointed a woman as the accountant general of the state.
"Once again, I congratulate you our amiable new HoS Joy Maduka and may the good Lord grant you the enablement to effectively and efficiently discharge your duties in the overall interest of Abia State and it's citizens" Ala Owerri concludes.
