Member representing Umuahia North State Constituency in Abia House of Assembly, Hon. Barr. Anderson Kelechi Akaliro has congratulated the Mayor of Umuahia North H/Chief Victor Ikeji on the occasion of his conferment of the academic qualification of Doctor of Philosophy, PhD, by the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN).
Hon.Chief Victor Ikeji is one of Abias best and brightest, who is recently a Masters Degree holder in Political Science with distinction from the University of Ibadan.
