IWU President Urges Believers to Be Instruments of God's Grace in a World in Need

In a message released on Sunday, July 7, the Igbo World Union (IWU) President, His Imperial Majesty Amb Sir Mishak Nnanta (KJW), Gburugburu Ndigbo Dum called on believers to uphold the life and teachings of Jesus Christ in their daily lives.

Amb. Mishak Nnanta has emphasized the crucial importance of living out Christian virtues such as love, compassion, and forgiveness, urging all to embody these principles in every aspect of their interactions.

Also, Gburugburu ndị ìgbo dum in his statement captured people's attention for a return to the fundamental tenets of the Christian faith.
"We live in a world filled with challenges and uncertainties," he began.
"Now more than ever, we must draw strength and guidance from the life of Christ, whose teachings provide a roadmap for righteous living."

Nnanta underscored the virtue of love, describing it as the essence of Christ’s teachings. "Jesus Christ commanded us to love one another as He has loved us," he said. "This love transcends all boundaries, reaching out to the marginalized, the downtrodden, and even those who oppose us. It is through love that we can overcome hatred and build a community that reflects the Kingdom of God."

Compassion was another central theme of Nnanta's message. He spoke passionately about the need to be empathetic and responsive to the suffering of others. "Compassion is the heart of the Christian mission," he said. "We must open our hearts and extend our hands to those in need, offering comfort and support just as Christ did. Our faith compels us to act, to be the Good Samaritan in a world full of wounded travelers."

His Imperial Majesty also addressed the necessity of forgiveness, acknowledging the difficulty but stressing its importance. "Forgiveness is a divine attribute that Christ exemplified on the cross," he noted. "When we forgive, we release ourselves from the chains of bitterness and allow the healing power of God's love to restore relationships and bring peace."

Futhermore, Nnanta made it clear that upholding the life of Christ is not merely a theoretical exercise but a practical, daily commitment. "To live as Christ lived means to infuse every moment of our lives with His spirit," he said. "It means making choices that reflect our faith, showing kindness in our actions, and being a light in the darkness for those around us."

Sir Mishak Nnanta concluded his message with a heartfelt prayer, asking for divine strength and guidance for all believers.
"May the Holy Spirit empower us to live lives that are pleasing to God," he prayed. "May we be vessels of His grace, bringing love, peace, and hope to a world that so desperately needs it."
