The Umuahia North Renaissance Forum (UNRF), a prominent socio-political group in the region, has formally passed a vote of confidence on Hon. Anderson Akaliro, the member representing Umuahia North in the Abia State House of Assembly.
The decision was reached during a well-attended meeting of the forum held on Friday in Umuahia the capital city, where members praised Hon. Akaliro for his exemplary leadership, people-oriented initiatives, and unwavering dedication to the development of the constituency.
Speaking on behalf of the forum, the group's Leader, Chief Chibuzo Nwankwo, lauded Hon. Akaliro’s contributions to the growth and progress of Umuahia North.
He cited several achievements, including the facilitation of key infrastructural projects, empowerment programs for youths and women, and effective representation of the constituency’s interests at the state level.
“Hon. Anderson Akaliro has demonstrated a rare commitment to the welfare of our people,” Chief Nwankwo said.
