The Former Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Engr. Chinedum Orji, has extended warm birthday wishes to the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti.
In a goodwill message on Tuesday, Orji prayed for God's continued guidance, wisdom, and good health for the governor as he marks another year.
