The Umuahia South Rep and Chief Whip of the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon Emeka Obioma (Tommy), has extended warm birthday wishes to the Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, celebrating his leadership and contributions to the state's progress.
In his birthday message made available to newsmen, Obioma described Gov. Otti as a visionary leader whose transformative policies and dedication to good governance have set Abia State on a path of sustainable development.

He highlighted Governor Otti’s achievements in various sectors, including infrastructural development, healthcare, education, and economic revitalization. Obioma particularly commended the governor’s efforts in road rehabilitation, urban renewal projects, and policies aimed at empowering local businesses and entrepreneurs.
