The Member representing Umuahia North Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Anderson Kelechi Akaliro Esq., has commended the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, for his exemplary leadership in appointing Barr. Sam Hart as his new Chief of Staff.
