The Member representing Isiukwuato State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Lucky Udoka Nweke Johnson, has extended heartfelt birthday felicitations to the First Lady of Abia State, Her Excellency, Mrs. Priscilla Chidinma Otti, describing her as a model of humility, compassion, and selfless service.
