MEMBERS OF IGBO WORLD UNION,THE PRESS,

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN

MINISTER OF STATE YOUTH .

We are honored to be in your midst to interact and exchange ideas on issues of pre-eminence to IGBO WORLD UNION (IWU) and to our collective aspirations as a nation.Your appointment to this exalted office we believe is anchored on your meritorious past 

In today's world,the dynamics of youth force is ever so expanding, versatile and potent, therefore, your esteemed self bestriding this high spirited, youthful horse,you might have to be a human dynàmo.In the African Continent, Nigeria is undoubtedly richly endowed with over abundance of energetic and intelligeble youth population daring and burning for adventures and exploits.This bracket if not properly harnessed for a better harvest will spell doom(remember the 9/11 world trade center destruction)This destruction was masterminded and executed by intelligent youths with divergent views and negative projections that caused harm and pains.This zeal had often times propelled the youths to explore beyond the acceptable limits/red line

In the last quarter of a century, Nigerian socio-econo-political space has not been so robust youth friendly, the result of which unquantified numbers or over 50%, youth force are embroiled/involved in crime, either for active or passive income.Unpopular economic and political policies and shenanigans have created loopholes through which unscrupulous and disenfranchised elements with dangerous propensity within and without,have seized to brainwash and manipulate youths against the state and citizenry.We all are living witnesses to the myriad of human induced problems of catastrophic proportions that decimated million lives (citizens and security apparats).e.g banditry,kidnap, racketeering herdsmen phenomenon, agitations and insurrections etc.

Respected Sir,you concur that these are our today's reality and your venerable self holds the key to put a stop to these menace  , vis avis,,

Embracing the youths across the six geo-political zones with empowerment through Scholarships, educational grants, social welfare funding, which must be implemented judiciously with strict scrutiny across the six geo-political zones.If implemented and  enforced with deep set patriotic zeal without prejudice to ethnicity/religion, it will endear the youths to the government, but if nepotism be exhibited in today's Nigeria, consider the programme objectives ill-fated/dead on arrival.

Honorable Minister Sir,this phenomenal IWU ,a socio_cultural world wide organization , submits her panacea on Nigerian youths to the government of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed GCFR, as follows

That your esteemed ministry endeavors to open up liaison offices in the local Governments of the six geo-political zones  to monitor the youths interactions with the government

The offices should not be established in the existing LG offices for accountability and autonomy, should report directly to your Excellency.

Replaceable investigators and chartered accounting squads operating from your office must run quarterly checks across the six geo-political zone offices.

Nigerian youths are very resourceful,some have the uncanny ability to produce/mimick manufacturing (artisans) essentials, e.g. boats, automotive parts,bikes etc, it may sound funny but what about the ingenuity of the illegal refinery operators ,a production that have defied the state and brought about untold hardships on the populace,nor is it the guys arrested few time's back by the Army  as manufacturers of AK-47/49 ,a sophisticated production of caches of assault rifle,etc. We are of the persuasion that creating a harmonious and  highly competitive environment for more youths to embrace hard work and sports will  create sanity and a healthy nation.

IWU seeks synergy and active cooperation in partnership with your ministry to make this government a success story.
