“We Are Building for the Future” — Hon. Emeka Obioma Declares in New Month Message

As the month of October begins, the Chief Whip of the Abia State House of Assembly and Member representing Umuahia South State Constituency, Hon. Emeka Obioma, has extended warm new month greetings to his constituents and the entire peopleb of Abia State, urging them to remain hopeful and steadfast in the pursuit of progress.
 
In his goodwill message, Hon. Obioma emphasized that leadership is about laying strong foundations for the future and ensuring that the next generation inherits a state built on justice, equity, and development. 
 
We are building for the future. Every effort we make today is not just about addressing immediate needs but about securing a better tomorrow for our children and generations yet unborn,” Hon. Obioma declared. 
 
He explained that his role as Chief Whip and as a representative of the people goes beyond lawmaking, as it also includes ensuring that government policies and projects reflect the true needs of the people. 
 
Representation must be about service. I remain committed to working tirelessly with my colleagues and the executive arm to ensure that policies and projects are people-centered, impactful, and sustainable,” he said. 
 
Hon. Obioma also used the opportunity to call for unity among the people of Abia State, stressing that progress can only be achieved when citizens work together with leaders in pursuit of common goals.
 
Let us remain united, prayerful, and committed to the values of hard work and integrity. The challenges we face today are not permanent. Together, with faith and resilience, we will overcome them and build a stronger state,” he assured.
 
The lawmaker further expressed his gratitude to his constituents for their support and confidence in his representation, pledging to continue giving them a strong voice in the House of Assembly.
 
The trust you have placed in me is the fuel that drives my passion for service. I will never take it for granted, and I will always ensure that Umuahia South has a firm voice in shaping the future of our dear state,” Obioma said.
