Hon. Barr. Anderson Kelechi Akaliro, Member representing Umuahia North State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Her Excellency, Mrs. Priscilla Chidinma Otti, the wife of the Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, describing her as a compassionate leader whose quiet service continues to positively impact lives across the state.
In a message made available to the media, Akaliro praised the Abia First Lady for her humane leadership style, noting that her personal values, empathy, and sense of responsibility have become a source of inspiration to many, particularly women, families, and vulnerable groups.
