Abia State House of Assembly Chief Whip and member representing Umuahia South State constituency, Hon. Emeka Tommy Jacob Obioma has extended warm birthday felicitations to the First Lady of Abia State, Her Excellency, Mrs. Priscilla Chidinma Otti, describing her as a woman of grace, humility, and steadfast commitment to service.
In a congratulatory message released to mark her birthday, Obioma joined family members, well wishers, and the people of Abia State in celebrating the First Lady’s life and contributions to the present administration.
Obioma praised Mrs. Otti for the dignified manner in which she has carried out her responsibilities as First Lady, noting that her conduct reflects a deep sense of decorum and devotion to public service. He observed that her quiet but impactful approach has continued to inspire confidence and respect across the state, particularly among women, children, and vulnerable groups.
