Umuahia North Rep. in Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Barr Anderson Kelechi Akaliro, has congratulated Major General Obinna Ajunwa, former General Officer Commanding 81st (Amphibious) Division of the Nigerian Army, on his birthday.
