SEDC: Hon. Akaliro Congratulates Nwogu on Chairmanship Appointment, Lauds Tinubu's Commitment to South East Development


Umuahia, Abia State – 

Hon. Anderson Akaliro Esq., the representative of Umuahia North Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, has warmly congratulated Chief Emeka Nwogu, PhD, CoN, on his recent appointment as Chairman of the South East Development Commission (SEDC). 
The appointment, announced by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has been described as a pivotal move for the advancement of the South East region.

In his congratulatory message, Hon. Akaliro praised Chief Nwogu’s exemplary leadership qualities, commending his unwavering dedication to the progress of the South East. 

"Chief Emeka Nwogu is a man of integrity and vision," Akaliro stated. 
"His appointment is a testament to his years of service and commitment to the development of our region. I have no doubt that his leadership will bring transformative changes to the South East."

Hon. Akaliro further highlighted Chief Nwogu’s wealth of experience, describing him as the right man for the job. 

"With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Chief Nwogu is uniquely positioned to address the challenges facing the South East region. His leadership will not only foster economic growth but also inspire a renewed sense of hope and unity among our people," Akaliro said.

The lawmaker also lauded President Tinubu’s decision, noting that it reflects the federal government’s commitment to the development of the South East.

It is a Well-Deserved appointment that will undoubtedly yield positive results for our people," he said.

Hon. Anderson Akaliro expressed optimism about Nwogu’s ability to unite stakeholders across the region in pursuit of the SEDC's mandate.
