As the month of September begins, the lawmaker representing Umuahia North (Ohuhu) state constituency, in the Abia House of Assembly, Hon. Anderson Akaliro, has extended warm wishes of prosperity, peace, and resilience to his people.
In a heartfelt message, the legislator encouraged constituents to remain steadfast in their pursuits despite the challenges facing families, communities, and the nation at large.
Speaking, Hon. Akaliro said the new month should be seen as an opportunity for a fresh start. He noted that with unity and determination, brighter days would surely come.
"September is not just another month on the calendar; it is a season that calls us to reflect, pray, and work harder for our dreams," Hon. Akaliro stated. "I pray for prosperity in your homes, in your businesses, and in every endeavor you pursue. This month, may you find the strength to overcome every obstacle and the wisdom to seize new opportunities."
Akaliro also used the moment to emphasize the importance of resilience, urging his constituents to remain hopeful and committed to nation-building despite prevailing difficulties.
"We are a people known for our resilience and courage," he said.
