A former Big Brother Naija housemate, Isabella George, has dismissed claims that she used flirtation as a strategy during her time on the reality show.
In an interview with Saturday Beats, Isabella said she went into the show without any premeditated game plan. “No, I didn’t have a strategy for going into the house,” she said.
Speaking about how she handled being away from her child for several weeks, Isabella admitted that it was an emotional experience, but one she considered worthwhile. “It was emotional and I had a conversation with him before the show, so he knew it was good for us that I went. It was emotional but worth the sacrifice,” she said.
Addressing some of the viral moments she shared with fellow housemate, Kaykunmi, Isabella noted that while she featured in those clips, she was not interested in revisiting them. “Of course, I was in the clip because I was in the house, but I’m not interested in seeing those clips because I played the game, so I know the clips.
“As regards my son, we have had conversations. When he gets to a certain age, he may question some of the things I did. But for now, I’m having fun like a young woman would do. That’s all,” she added.
On her relationship with her son, Isabella described it as genuine and intentional. “We have a very intentional relationship. We communicate and talk. We say things to each other like it should be,” she said.
