Pastor Ironcho, who hails from Oboro Ward 4 in Ikwuano Local Government Area, made the commendation following Hon. Aguocha’s sponsorship of two significant bills; one for the establishment of a Federal Medical Centre (FMC) in Ikwuano and another for the creation of additional Local Government Areas (LGAs) within the constituency.

Describing the two bills as a “new dawn” for the people of Ikwuano/Umuahia, Pastor Ironcho said they represent a turning point in the socio-economic and infrastructural development of the constituency.

He emphasized that the proposed FMC would not only bring quality healthcare closer to rural dwellers but also serve as a catalyst for local employment, economic empowerment, and human capital growth.

The establishment of a Federal Medical Centre in Ikwuano will greatly enhance access to healthcare services for our people,” he said. “It will also stimulate local employment and improve the overall standard of living in the area. This is a thoughtful and people-centered initiative that deserves commendation.”

These landmark legislative initiatives represent a new dawn in the socio-economic and infrastructural transformation of our constituency,” Ironcho stated. “We salute Hon. Aguocha’s courage, foresight, and unwavering commitment to the welfare of his constituents.”

The cleric further called on relevant stakeholders, community leaders, and the people of Ikwuano/Umuahia to rally behind the federal lawmaker in ensuring the smooth passage of the bills. He expressed confidence that when passed into law, the bills would redefine the destiny of Ikwuano and stand as enduring legacies for generations to come.
